yes you can use Lakanto - only I can&#039;t advise on how much you should use, as I don&#039;t know how sweet it is. If it helps, my combination equates to 40g table sugar.

U.K. double cream is just a bit higher in fat than U.S. heavy whipping cream (or so I&#039;m led to believe), so HWC should be fine. None the less, if HWC isn&#039;t an option for you, I&#039;m guessing that clotted cream would work too, but I&#039;ve not tested it.]]></description>
