Hi, these are amazing. Thank you! I only made a small substitution and used 5% cream instead of the milk in the recipe (I'm in Canada, so no access to the brand you listed). I also got 11 yorkies, rather than 12. I plugged in the ingredients into a nutrition calculator online (VeryWell Fit) and for 11 servings it came back as having 68cals per yorkie and only 0.9carbs (1.5g total and 0.6g fibre). I am super happy with the tradeoff of a few more cals for fewer carbs!

I wish I could upload a picture! I made them once I I got pancakes with good flavor. Second time around I doubled the baking powder, added 1/2 tsp yeast (I usually add it to my keto breads), did not flatten the dough and set up the oven at a higher temp for 10 min. Turned out picture worthy.

Comment on KETO LOW CARB MUESLI WITH DOUBLE STRAINED YOGHURT by joe bro

sup, so i've been searching far and wide for new additions to my very own (and honestly disgusting, but healthy) muesli and unfortunately i pretty much already use all the advice i found with two exceptions right here:
- i always need to be reminded that yogurt is a great addition to any awful muesli and can honestly save even the worst of them. unfortunately i eat so much that producing my own or just buying it all the time only for myself is completely unrealistic, especially with the blister packaging-tier tubs they come in, yet also in relatively smallish amounts in my local supermarkets, so that's still a future thing for me once i have a family and i can go order the massive multi-multi-kg vats of yogurt for myself.
- i just discovered macadamia's health benefits, so it's perfect that you immediately recommended them to me to also put into my muesli

now unfortunately i found two problems with your recipe that actually make it worse for everyone in terms of health benefits (and that's what keto is all about, taste always comes second)
- roasting will destroy many nutrients. avoid at all costs. same is true for frying, baking and whatever else. the only safe ways to heat foods is steaming and cooking (and reheating food slowly in the microwave oven) but even that may be too much for some nutrients. so eat whatever you can raw (very few exceptions that should/need to be cooked)
- honestly not sure how much this applies since you mentionned stevia and that's the one sweetener i found no info on, but in general most artificial sweeteners can be absorbed by the body as carbs. they are different and they are much better than just straight sugar, but this too should be kept to a minimum. also some are unhealthy for a variety of other reasons, so tread carefully.

now the next point only applies to men, so have at it ladies:
- almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds and especially chia seeds are bad for testosterone and most men already have too low levels of it. but for women the opposite is true often, that they need more estrogen and for that very reason chia seeds are highly recommended

to finish on a positive, i think your choice of goji and strawberries was great and though i dont eat them much bc of their prohibitive cost around here all year long, berries in general are a healthy luxury more people should spend their money on if they can afford it, incl me

Wow Becky, that's a great tip! I'm sure many air-fryer fans will be delighted that you tested it out and reported back. Thank you so much for taking the time to write your feedback. And please check out my newest Carnivore Bread (Flat Bread/Loaf), which doesn't require gelatine (it has become super expensive, so I prefer to save it for my gummies).
P.S. About GUMMIES:
If your gelatine isn't the same strength as the one I use, you will need to adjust + or - the quantity. It may take a few tries to get the consistency that's right for you, but they'll be perfectly edible none-the-less.
Also, I like the sourness to be quite pronounced, so you might need to adjust that too, depending on your taste buds.

In reply to <a href="https://staging.queenketo.com/zero-carb-carnivore-bread-loaf/#comment-21241">Becky</a>.

I tried the air fryer and it worked so well; like a cob type loaf! The round/oval shape looked lovely too. We lined the air fryer with buttered foil and it was easy. It took about 20 minutes, then I switched it off and left it to cool. Great for sarnies and toast.

We have made this bread at least ten times now, since discovering it, and as I speak I have it baking in a silicone burgur bun mould tray in a new oven (we did without a proper oven for a year but decided to get a new one as it means we can cook a more diverse range of dishes).
I tried this bread as burger buns using the burger moulds the other week, and it worked brilliantly, especially for burgers, sandwiches and breakfast baps, so that is the go to now, and my boyfriend's firm favourite. The loaf was great too, especially for toast :)

We have experimented with other keto/carnivore breads, but this is the one. It really is fantastic, and we have no idea how you were able to get to this point and create such a great white bread, but we are very thankful that you did! The bulk ingredients will last ages as well. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Next up we are ordering citric acid for homemade carnivore gummies :)
