You will need butter, eggs, banana extract and chocolate chips. Food colouring is optional. Preparation is super-quick and as simple as can be.

Keto Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 87 g Keto MagiCake™ Original Mix (only available in the UK)
- 40 g unsalted butter - melted and cooled slightly
- 2 large eggs (110g net)
- 2 tsp banana flavouring
- 30 g Callebaut 100% chocolate - chopped
- melon food colouring (optional)
Instructions
- pre-heat oven to 170°C static and line your muffin tray(s) with paper cases.
- whip eggs until frothy and doubled in volume.
- add melted and cooled butter, water, and banana extract; whip again briefly to combine.
- tip the MagiCake™ Original Mix into a bowl, give it a stir, add it to the egg mixture, and whisk briefly, until combined.
- fold in chocolate chips.
- fill muffin tray holes with the mixture.
- bake 25 mins.
- wait until the muffins are completely cool before removing the paper liners.
